Cockroaches keep returning after treatment?
The first question is what kind of cockroach problem is occurring. Some cockroaches establish themselves indoors and others enter from outside. Where you see them, their appearance and whether you see different sizes can help guide identification and inspection.
What Redline checks
Redline examines likely hiding areas and entry routes, including relevant kitchen, bathroom and garage areas. Treatment focuses on the hiding places and conditions involved in the problem, with guidance on sanitation and other factors that can support continued activity.
Tell us which rooms are affected, whether sightings happen during the day or at night, and whether you see small roaches as well as larger ones. A photo you already have may help. One sighting alone does not tell us the size or source of the problem.
If the problem continued with another provider
Describe the treatment history and what changed afterward. Did sightings stop and return, remain in one room or spread to another area? These observations help explain the situation without guessing what a previous company did or did not do.
Preparing for service
Ask for preparation instructions specific to the proposed service. Describe any access limitations before the appointment. Do not assume that every cockroach job involves the same products, preparation or number of visits.
